First Look 2014 Chevy Spark EV

ELIZABETH CITY NC, - The 2014 Chevy Spark EV isn’t hitting dealerships until summer at the soonest, but with the L.A. Auto Show debut, we couldn't wait to show you! This subcompact pacts quite a few perks inside its tiny frame. The most noticeable thing about the Spark is its green attributes.  Unlike its Volt cousin the Spark is 100% electric! Through the use of SAE Combo DC Fast Charge the Spark can be 80% charged in about 20 minutes.  Despite the non-use of fossil fuel, the Spark has a whopping 130 HO motor with 400lbs of torque, which is impressive of any subcompact to boast! With that power under the hood, you can get from 0 to 60MPH in less than eight seconds!

The technology inside the car is just as impressive.  There are two 7-inch screens that are customizable for use with the next-gen MyLink, and the soon to be released sync up with Apple’s Siri technology as well!  What would you expect to pay for a car with this kind of gas saving high tech specs?  While many would guess the $30-45k price range, the Spark EV is being given an under $25,000 price tag!  While we may have to wait for this to hit the showroom a little bit longer, it may be well worth it!
