Chevy Takes A Simple Yet Effective Approach To Safety

ELIZABETH CITY, NC. -  Chevrolet struck the ad campaign goldmine with the focus group ad spots that focus on the Chevrolet Colorado. After completing market research, the ads have been deemed very successful for the brand, and the featured Chevy Colorado truck model.

Chevy’s message is simple and used a a clever marketing tactic to gain interest from consumers. Chevrolet has come up with a new way to build on the success of the focus group ads to all of the vehicles in the brand's lineup. Chevy takes a simple, yet effective approach to safety with their new campaign ads; “Real People, Not Actors”. The spots will begin airing April 1st  and will feature different elements of Chevy’s brand including safety, technology, and refinement.

Sticking with the focus group model, the ad features 400 non-Chevy owners from the Los Angeles area, and puts them into situations involving the brand to capture their real reactions. One of the spots introduces distractions as participants are instructed to focus on the road, following up with the Chevrolet technology to curb said distraction.
